Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe.
When you make a payment, your payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment environment. A&D Academy does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Stripe processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy and data protection terms.
Service providers
We use selected service providers to operate our website and deliver our services. Depending on how you interact with us, these may include:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Resend — transactional and service-related emails;
- Sanity — website content management; and
- our hosting and infrastructure provider — website hosting, security and technical infrastructure.
These providers may process personal data only as necessary to provide their respective services and subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this involves an international transfer of personal data, appropriate safeguards are used as required by applicable data protection law, such as an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data

Enquiry and consultation information is kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship.

Billing and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
Technical and security information is retained only for an appropriate limited period.
When personal data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

We currently do not use profiling or advertising cookies.
